So what's new then?
We have a range of systems and facilities going live this year. In the following order:
- A shopping cart will allow you to 'debundle' your pricing. Show a low renting cost and then offer extras in the payment system for welcome packs, airport transfers, cot, z bed etc. You will get more bookings like this.
- A new three tier owner account will allow agents to give access to the calendar to their owners. Save you managing it by yourself.
- Listing sites, affiliates and High street travel agents will all be able to join and advertise your properties directly from the VIPvillas database.
- A new rental management system will allow you to manage bookings by calendar on-line. Want to schedule your cleaner? No problem. Want to email a guest in French? No problem, it comes with translation software built in.
- Finally, integration of the calendars with Homeaway and Holidaylettings means an update on your VIPvillas admin calendar and all others are done automatically.
So you can see there are multiple reasons to manage your bookings on-line.
