Votsalo Villa Luxury 4 bed villa

Votsalo villa is a luxury 4 bedroom villa in a quiet area of Paphos district located near the sea in the village of Pomos (Polis area). It has a private swimming pool with roman steps. The villa is ideally for people wanting to relax having a romantic holiday.

Villa Votsalo sleeps 8 people.

 
Swimming Pool:
Swimming pool 4x9 metres with Roman steps, 8 wooden sun beds , 5 Sun-Umbrellas.

The pool is divided with a shallow end (in the entrance using the roman steps) and the deep end (1.70m).

Pool Heating is now available with the additional cost of €50 per day, min. 3 days.
 
 
A heated spa is located outside of the villa in order to have more relaxing holidays. 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
There  are 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, those distributed as follows:
All 3 bathrooms have facilities with razor plug and bell button for emergency.
 
The (1st) bedroom downstairs has a double bed with all accessories and en-suite bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower cubicle with shower attachment. 
 
The (2nd) bedroom upstairs has:
2 single beds and shared bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment.  The bathroom is shared with the other twin bedroom upstairs. In this bathroom there is also a washing machine.

  
The (3rd) bedroom upstairs has:
2 single beds, balcony overlooking the sea with 4 comfortable chairs and coffee table also shared bathroom with 2nd bedroom upstairs.
 
 
The (4th) bedroom upstairs has:
A double en-suite bedroom with all accessories and  en-suite bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower cubicle with shower attachment.

 
Linen: Linen and towels are provided once a week
Air-conditioners & Heating:

There are 6 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating covering all areas Votsalo Villa.
Those are distributed: 1 in each bedroom (total 4) and 2 in the lounge, dining room and kitchen area (open plan area).
The use of Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the additional cost of 5.00 Euro per day per unit.
You may select on request any no. of units prior to arrival or when you arrive at the villa.

A Fire place makes the lounge more romantic specially the winter time.

Outside area:

The outside area is very spacious and clean, having umbrellas and a wooden table and chairs for relaxing, very romantic especially at night...

 
 
Telephone:
A mobile telephone with  local No. has been established to the villa, so you can save money making your phone calls to your country without necessary to charge your country personal mobile (which cost much more).
Also you can give this No. to your friends for incoming calls without charge on your personal mobile phone.

Votsalo villa telephone is working with prepaid time cards. Cards are very easy to load to the telephone "So easy cards" and will be available for you to buy at the villa or in most shops in Cyprus. (there is 5.00, 10.00 & 20.00 Euro cards)
Even with 'zero time' in the phone this can accept incoming calls or outgoing emergency calls.
 
Barbeque: 
There is a portable BBQ with grill located in a small room in the outside area of Votsalo villa. There you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". Outside area of the villa - pool area
 
Parking:  
There is place for parking 1-2 cars in the front site of the villa
Local Activities:
Swimming or fishing near the villa (just 2-3 minutes walk), walking, Cycling, golf (at Tsada village), water sports, local boat-cruises.
Local Interest: 
Akamas Peninsula, Bath of Aphrodite (Goddess  Venus), Latchi and Polis tourist attraction, Latchi &  Pomos fishing harbors.
