Toscana Hills is located in a prime location. Its closeness to the sea (5-6 min. walk) and its elevation ensures unobstructed sea and mountain views. The magnificent gulf and the impressive green mountains can be seen from all of the apartments and the town houses.

There are several local tavernas and an Irish bar offering live entertainment and reasonably priced meals within walking distance. There is also a bakery and 3 mini-markets in the village, or travel 5 minutes by car to Polis for the main supermarket and a variety or good restaurants and banks.

Latchi is about 15 minutes by car and worth a visit for a good selection of restaurants serving freshly caught fish in the harbour.  All the properties surround a large piazza that includes a swimming pool which allows a high level of privacy.

There is also an adult & children's communal swimming pool, underground parking and a lift from the underground parking area to the properties. All properties are fully equipped and furnished to a modern design with a fully fitted kitchen.
