Oceanfront Villa on World Famous Grace Bay Beach

Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas is a private villa situated on white sandy beach right on the sun kissed shores of world renowned 7 mile Grace Bay Beach which has been voted the number one beach in the entire world in 2006, 2007 & 2008. Crystal clear turquoise blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean teeming with coral reefs and tropical fish, turtles, conch and lobster in the Princess Alexandria National Park is our backyard. Just a few steps outside the backyard of the villa are coral reefs waiting for you to explore and marvel at their other worldly beauty.
As a guest you will enjoy an abundance of land and water activities which is perfect for a fun filled vacation. Our location makes it convenient to every attraction, and we are just moments away from Provo International Airport. The first floor villa has two well appointed bedrooms. One with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. In the first floor villa the king size bed can be made into two twin beds if this will help to meet your needs. Each bedroom in each villa also has its own private bathroom with a shower
The first floor and has a private furnished veranda where you can relax and enjoy the gentle trade winds, admire the tropical gardens, and listen to the hypnotic ocean surf as it laps the shore.
The second floor villa has a private furnished veranda as well as an open air wrap-around veranda allowing panoramic unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Grace Bay Beach and the luxury yachts sailing past through the Atlantic Ocean while they are coming into harbor at the nearby Turtle Cove Marina. A scene that is sure to take your breath away.
In the second floor of the villa the master bedroom faces the ocean and has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and faces our tropical gardens. There is a second bathroom, fully equipped modern kitchen, and living/dining room. The living room also has a double sofa sleeper.
Guests can rent the first floor villa only, the second floor villa only, or the entire villa (both floors). When the entire villa is rented there is a total of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchen, and two living room/dining rooms.
Relax in our gracious and tastefully decorated tropical villa featuring amenities such as FREE wireless internet throughout, open plan living and dining area equipped with all your entertainment needs such as cable television with MP3/DVD/CD player, stereo, fully equipped open concept kitchen with microwave oven, stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator/freezer, air conditioning at NO FURTHER CHARGE, ceiling fans in all rooms, ironing board and iron, FREE local calls, daily housekeeping service at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
In the oceanfront gardens there are two open air patio areas with tables and chairs that allow you to enjoy the glorious weather and dine alfresco. A propane barbeque grill is provided so you make a memorable meal for dining under the millions of stars you will see unlike anywhere else but in the Turks and Caicos Islands. There is also ample space to enjoy the tropical sun and gently caressing sea breezes and smile, laugh and make treasured memories together with friends or family while relaxing on a hammock or chaise lounge among the Caribbean gardens.
