Hello. My name is Andy and I own VIPvillas.com. I began the site in 2006 with an idea to bring online bookings to the rental villa industry. It has been a long road and like anything in life if it is worth doing it is worth taking time to get it 100% right.
We do not mass market to villa owners. They come to us and ask to advertise with us. This sets us apart from other advertising websites because our villa owners want to provide the best levels of service to you and we ensure that they do. We only accept owners who we know provide good customer service in resort.
Because we process payments on your behalf booking a villa, cottage or apartment through us is safer than on a traditional advertising site. This is because we are involved in the transaction and you can check us out via Companies House, a 'Whois' search will reveal who owns our website and our Merchant account provided has risk assessed us to ensure we are safe for them to trade with.
We are accredited by 'Safebuy' and this indicates the serious nature in which I take the business and customer service to you, our customers.

- "Just got back from a week at Villa 435, Coral Bay and I have to say a week was not long enough! The villa was spotless and my family and I couldn′′t find fault with the place except the beds are rock hard but thats often the norm unless you stay in big swanky hotels even then you can still have problems. Just a very minor point. The Villa is very well situated and close to the beach shops restaurants etc but as it is alost in a little cul de sac its quiet enough to chill out by the pool without being bothered. We hired a Jeep to get around although you could manage with the excellent bus service if you wanted to. There is ample parking within the villa, ample everything really. There is quite a bit of building work going on in Coral Bay at the moment and it is quite lucky that this villa is not affected by this. I cannot recommend this Villa enough and as my tan fades I am already considering booking up this villa for next year." Natalie from Bromley.

" When booking with VIPvillas i was a little apprehensive as they are not a high street name that we hear of everyday. However the personal service that we received from the staff when we were making enquiries as well as booking was exceptional.
From the moment we arrived at our destination until the end of our holiday we were amazed at the quality of the accommodation as well as the location and the services that were made available to us.
We will deffinately book with them again and i am sure that one day they WILL be one of the high street names that we regularly hear of."
